ReStore Policies

aAll ReStore products are sold “As Is”. Powered items (appliances, lighting, power tools, etc.) are tested wherever possible.

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard and debit cards.

The ReStore is pet-friendly; we welcome well-behaved pets on leashes.

Items can be placed “on hold” for up to three hours at the sole discretion of the ReStore manager.

Delivery may be available but is not guaranteed. Speak with ReStore employees for details.

All sales are final.

Large appliances (fridges, stoves, dishwashers, etc.) are covered by a 30-day warranty. Any non-working appliances can be exchanged within the 30-day period at the ReStore location of the original purchase.

We pledge to our customers that our price will always be lower than the Canadian retail price for the same item. And you never pay tax. If you find a product that you feel does not meet our promise, please bring it to the attention of our sales team.

All efforts are made to ensure consistency of pricing between ReStores operated by Habitat for Humanity Niagara. Due to the unique nature of ReStore products and the frequently fluctuating stock, there may occasionally be price differentiation for similar items in our stores.

Our prices are firm and fair. Price negotiation is not our practice.
